Conciliation workflow
Similar to mediation, but the expert plays a slightly more active role and may suggest detailed terms.
- A conciliator is assigned.
- The conciliator listens to both sides and reviews the documents.
- Detailed settlement terms are put on the table.
- Both sides discuss and adjust the terms until they are happy.
- The settlement is signed online.
Conciliation under Indian law is voluntary. The resulting settlement is recognised and enforceable.
