How it works

Negotiation workflow

Two sides. A calm conversation. A fair number in the middle. Most disputes that come to LexODR settle here.

  1. The claimant files the dispute and the system reads it.
  2. Both sides are invited into a private case room.
  3. Messages and offers flow back and forth, with timestamps and a clear record.
  4. The Assistant suggests a fair settlement range based on the offers.
  5. When both sides agree, the agreement is drafted and signed online.
If a settlement is reached, both sides sign and it holds as a contract under Indian law. If talks stall, either side or the Case Manager can move the case to mediation in one click.
