Mediation workflow
A trained expert steps in to help two sides find a settlement they can both live with.
- A trained mediator is assigned, matched by area and language.
- The mediator reads the thread and the files.
- Private side conversations with each party clarify what each side really needs.
- The mediator proposes fair terms in the main room.
- The settlement is drafted from the case facts and signed online.
Under the Mediation Act 2023, a mediated settlement reached online is final and enforceable like a court order. Mediation is time bound, typically up to one hundred and eighty days.
